11. Store Config

• Information
  1. Setup site info
• General
  1. Setup tax rate
  2. Set default discount
  3. Database Backup
• Localisation
  1. Localisation (important! Set to “en_PH”)
  2. Set time zone to GMT +8
• Barcode
  1. Setup barcode if necessary
• Stock
  1. Save a main branch
  2. Add new Stock location
  3. Warning! Do not delete Stock location with items and sales
  4. Delete only newly added Stock locations
  5. You cannot edit a stock location
• Discount
  1. If Default discount is not available, Add “Default” with a discount value of “0.00”
  2. Add new discounts
  3. Delete discounts
• Expiry Notification
  1. Add a notification if there are expiring items in inventory.
  2. Change the month of Notify before Expiry.
  3. You can view expiring items on Inventory Expiry Report
     1. Click the toggle on the last column to change the expiry STATUS
     2. The checked item will change to status “OK” but It will stay on the list

• 1 month after the expiry date, the item will be removed from the list

• Receipt
  1. Edit receipt settings if necessary
  2. Show or hide taxes, discount, description, or serial no. on receipt
• Invoice
  1. Enable or disable invoicing
• Email
  1. Setup the mail protocol if you want to send email from the system
• Message
  1. Setup sms api if you want to use the sms feature of the system
