How to view Reports
2. Under the GRAPHICAL REPORTS TAB, You can view Graphical representation of the reports.
GRAPHICAL REPORTS
CATEGORIES
Click on the “Categories Section”.
It will show this Report Input which means you have to select the “Date Range”, “Sales Type”, “Stock Location”.
If you click on “Date Range” it will show a dropdown like this. See screenshot below.
From here you can select the Date Range. Then click Apply to apply the date range you select.
If you click the drop down arrow on the “Sale Type” section it will show a drop down where you can select on either “ALL”, “SALES”, or “RETURN”.
If you click the drop down arrow on the “Stock Location” it show a drop down where you can select on either “ALL” or “STOCKS”.
After filling out the fields click on the “Submit” button to submit your entries.
It will show a pie chart of the stocks and categories.
CUSTOMERS
Click on the “Customers” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a result of the customers summary report.
DISCOUNTS
Click on the “Discounts” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a result of the discount summary report.
EMPLOYEES
Click on the “Employees” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a pie chart of the employees summary report.
ITEMS
Click on the “Items” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a result of the items summary report.
PAYMENTS
Click on the “Payments” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a pie chart of the payment summary report.
SALE
Click on the “Sale” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a result of the sales summary report.
SUPPLIER
Click on the “Supplier” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a result of the supplier summary report.
TAXES
Click on the “Taxes” section.
It will show the same “Report Input” as the “Categories” section. Just repeat the same process as we did at the “Categories” section. It will give you a pie chart of the taxes summary report.
3. Under the SUMMARY REPORTS TAB, You can view Summary Reports.
SUMMARY REPORTS
The process on the summary reports are the same as in the graphical reports. The screenshots below are the output of each process.

4. Under the DETAILED REPORTS TAB, You can view detailed reports of your transactions, sales, inventory and items.
DETAILED REPORTS
The Process for this is also the same as in the graphical reports. The screenshots below are the output of each process.

5. Under the INVENTORY REPORTS TAB:
a. Low Inventory – View which items have low quantity in the inventory.
b. Inventory Summary – View the summary of inventory transactions.
c. Inventory Expiry:
i. Displays all items that are about to expire .
ii. The system will get all the items that will expire within the number of months that is set in Store Config. The “Notify before expiry” setting is found on Store Config > Expiry Notification.
iii. You need to manually check the item if it is still available in your stock then you can toggle that Status to OK.
iv. Expiring items that has the status “OK” will stay on the table until 1 month after the expiry date. This will keep the inventory Expiry clean and gives the user an option to toggle the status back to “PENDING” id he/she made a mistake.
